To create the distinctive character of our delicious Badger beers, Hall & Woodhouse combine hops and malted barley with pure spring water which has been filtered naturally through the Cretaceous chalk downs of Dorset.

It was deep in Dorset’s rolling hills and patchwork fields, in 1777, that local farmer Charles Hall brewed our first beer. A union of the Hall & Woodhouse families soon followed and the story of Badger beer had begun.
Our comprehensive range of cask beers, all with distinctive characters, is available throughout the year, although our offering does vary seasonally. We also offer Wicked Wyvern IPA, an enticing Indian Pale Ale from Hall & Woodhouse.
We are delighted to present a pleasing assortment of soft drinks for our guests. We’ve teamed up with some of the most well-known suppliers, from Coca-Cola, Pago to Fentiman's, to offer a range of non-alcoholic beverages which can be enjoyed all year round.
Our delicious coffee is made from freshly ground Italian 'Intenso' beans. We have an extensive coffee offering for you, perfect after a hearty meal, or when stopping in for a hot drink after a long walk.
We also have a range of teas, or for a treat our hot chocolate is made with real Belgian Chocolate.
